  • This study aims to determine the effect of organizational culture, reward and punishment on work productivity of employees of Bank BPD DIY Syariah in Yogyakarta. The analytical method used is multiple regression analysis using SPSS 20 software. The population in this study are permanent employees of Bank BPD DIY Syariah Yogyakarta with the sampling technique using saturated sample method. The test results show that the variables of organizational culture and reward have a significant positive effect on employee work productivity, while punishment has no effect on employee work productivity of Bank BPD DIY Syariah.
