- The implementation of e-Government (e-Gov) in the governments environment are important requirement for increasing transparency and accountability in public services. In the implementation of e-Gov, information security is one of the obstacles. Information security aspect is not only on the technical side of computer security, but also include governance and management issues. This study aims to evaluate the governance and information security management of e- Gov. The framework used is COBIT 2019 and focuses on information security. From the research obtained 8 domains that become priorities. The results of the evaluation are implemented in the design of information technology governance and information security management referring to the COBIT 2019 roadmap that can be applied to organizations with recommendations for implementing ISO 27001 of Information Security.
