- The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of internal-external locus of control and work environment on the performance of Bank Madina Syariah Yogyakarta employees. The dependent variable in this study is performance. While the independent variables in this study are internal-external locus of control and work environment. The population in this study was 31 employees. The sampling method uses the saturated sample technique, which is the technique of determining the sample if all members of the population are used as samples. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression techniques. The results of the study stated that the internal-external locus of control did not affect employee performance while work environment variables haves a significant effect on employee performance.
