- This research aims to determine the role of workplace spirituality, psychological condition, on work engagement to employees UMKM in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. The method used in this research is quantitative with 3 research scales: workplace spirituality, psychological condition, and work engagement. The research was conducted at UMKM in the province of Yogyakarta Special Region, Sleman Regency with a total of 143 participants. Quantitative analysis uses analytical techniques using path analysis. The results of this study indicate that there is a mediation where there is an indirect effect between workplace spirituality and work engagement mediated by psychological condition (β = 0.736), and direct effect between workplace spirituality and work engagement (β = 0.295), with each significance (p = 0.000) (p <0.05). Based on the research results, the hypothesis is accepted.
