- The purpose of this research is to measure the performance of PT. BPRS Meru Syariah uses the balanced scorecard method which consists of three perspectives, namely financial perspective, perspective, internal business, and learning and growth perspective. This research uses mixed methods. The quantitative-qualitative combination research method is a method that focuses on collecting and analyzing data and combining quantitative and qualitative data. The result of the research states that the financial performance perspective is not good, from the internal business perspective it is good, and from the growth and learning perspective it is very good.
