- The government made it easier to import goods that will be used for the handling of Corona Virus Disease 2019 (Covid-19) in Indonesia. Ease in the form of exemption of customs duties, excise, and/or import tax and exemption of import customs license. The facility was obtained by the recommendation of the National Disaster Management Agency (BNPB). Application for import emergency response goods for covid-19 handling is an application developed for the application process and issuance of recommendations from the National Agency for Disaster Disappsans (BNPB) online through the National Single Window Institute system. The emergency response goods import licensing application for COVID-19 handling was developed using the web-based PHP programming language and using the PostgreSQL database. The system development method used in this study is agile method with extreme programming model. The stages in this method include: planning, design, coding, testing,and release. Application test results by 24 respondents acting as applicants, 6 respondents acting as BNPB examiners, 3 respondents acting as Head of BNPB Unit, and 3 respondents acting as Ministry or Institution officers show the system can perform its functions well for all users. Only in applicants, functionality testing gets a percentage of 99.56%. While testing the application usability of all respondents stated that they had agreed to accept the application.
