  • The purpuse of this study is to determine the effect of organization curture, educational background, and ethics of islamic work on the productivity of PT. BPRS Madina Mandiri Sejahtera. The analytical tool used was mutiple linear regression techniques. The dependent variable in this study is productivity, while the independent variables in this study were organisation curture, educational background, and ethics of islamic work. The population used was 31 employees. Sampling in this study uses a saturated sampling, so that all populations are used as samples. Data collection through questionnaires and interviews. The results of the study stated that organization culture and ethics islamic work had a positive and significant effect on work productivity, while educational background had no effect on work productivity.
