- The development of a library is also determined by users. In addition, sophisticated equipment, complete collections, and proper use are all part of developing a library. Thus, the author will answer the following questions, how is the analysis of the use of OPAC in the SLIMS library automation by visitors in the Adab and Cultural Sciences Faculty of Sunan Kalijaga State Islamic University ?. This research is a type of field research (field), which makes the results of interviews and field facts as a primary source. Finally, the authors found that the use of OPAC in the SLIMS automation system provides many benefits for librarians and library workers. The SLIMS application can simplify work, book processing and administration in library services. SLIMS is used in book processing and library services, accelerating the completion of service activities, can facilitate file storage, facilitate the integration of various library activities.
