- This study aims to determine the effect of educational background, work facilities, and work environment on work productivity at Bank Muamalat Yogyakarta Branch . The population in this study were all employees at Bank Muamalat Yogyakarta Branch. Sampling in this study using purposive sampling technique . Primary data in this study were obtained from questionnaires. In this study using 34 respondents who can be processed. The analytical tool used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the educational background, work facilities, and work environment simultaneously had a positive effect on work productivity. Partially, educational background variables affect work productivity with a tcount of 2,162 and a significant value of 0,039. Variable working facility has no effect on work productivity with tcount amounted to 1,346 and significant value of 0,188 . Work environment variables affect work productivity with tcount of 6,361 and a significant value of 0,00.
