- This study is a study that aims to determine the effect of peer support, work autonomy, and self-efficacy on employee creativity at Bank BTN Syariah Yogyakarta. The population used in this study were all employees working at the BTN Syariah Bank in Yogyakarta. The sample used in this study were 35 respondents. Data collection method used is the method of distributing questionnaires. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression analysis. All data were processed and analyzed using the SPSS version 16. The results of the study processed with the SPSS version 16 show that there is no significant influence between work colleague support for employee creativity, a significant influence between work autonomy on employee creativity and the absence of influence significant between self-efficacy on employee creativity at Bank BTN Syariah Yogyakarta.
