  • This study is aims to determine the extent to which happiness at work influences work engagement that moderated by Islamic religious belief for nurses working in RSI (Rumah Sakit Islam) at Central Java. The research subject were 228 nurses that working in the RSI (Rumah Sakit Islam) in Central Java. The sampling technique used is cluster random sampling. Measurement were made using happiness at work scale and work engagement scale. The statistical analysis technique method used is Moderate Regression Analysis (MRA). The result show = 0,586 with a significan level p = 0,000 (<0,05), meaning that there is a correlation between happiness at work that is reinforced by Islamic religious belief, the hypothesis in this study is accepted.
