The development refers to the 4-D procedural model which includes 4 steps, that are (1) Define, (2) Design, (3) Develop, dan (4) Disseminate. This research was carried out until the development step, limited to the extensive test. The technique used in this research is a non-test technique with questionnaire and interview methods. The research instruments were instrument validation sheets, product validation sheets, product assessment sheets, student response sheets, and implementation observation sheets. The quality of science education student worksheet based on guided inquiry assessment using a Likert Scale with a scale of 4 and responses of students using the Guttman scale made in the form of a checklist. While the implementation of science education student worksheet based on guided inquiry uses descriptive analysis.&#xD; The results of the research that have been developed are in the form of science education student worksheet based on guided inquiry for students in 8th grades of 2nd semester on junior high school. The quality of science education student worksheet according to media experts and material experts are Very Good with a mean score of 3.65 and 3.68. While rated Good by educators with an average score of 3.05. The response of students in the limited test is Agree (S) with an average score of 0.54. The results of the implementation of the science education student worksheet based on guided inquiry on extensive tests is the guidance given in the science education student worksheet based on guided inquiry as a whole is able to train students to conduct experiments independently but at the stage of formulating hypotheses students still find it difficult.
