- The purpose of this research is to describe about communication barriers in organizations in an effort to avoid unachieve organizational goals. This topic was chosen because of the growing media in the current era and also strong pressure in competition. This condition makes the organization needs to understand the communication barriers in the organization that make the company's goals not achieved. Reseacrher use descriptive qualitative as methods. In this method researcher also use primary and secondary data sources which get from deep interview, and documentation. In additional, this research use analytical data from Miles and Huberman, and then to cross-check the validity, researcher use triangulation of expert technique. This research is to describe how communication barriers in organizations. The results of this research is showing communication barriers in the organization: technical barriers, behavioral barriers, language barriers, structural barriers, distance barriers, and background barriers that come from internal and external companies. So, with the obstacles above, the goal of the on air program (Kita.com and Lunch Out) was unachieved as it should.
