  • This study aims to determine the test results influence the job characteristics, compensation, job satisfaction to employee engagement in Bank Pembiayaan Rakyat Syariah (BPRS) Barokah Dana Sejahtera (BDS) Yogyakarta. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS vs. 22 software. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling. Number of study population is 41 respondents, the research sample used is 41 repondents with data source abtained through the results of questionaires that are employee of Bank Pembiayaan Rakyat Syariah (BPRS) Barokah Dana Sejahter (BDS) Yogyakarta. The Results showed that job characteristics have a significant effect on the employee engagement of BPRS Barokah Dana Sejahtera (BDS) Yogyakarta. Meanwhile, the variables compensation and job satisfaction have no significant effect on the employee engagement of BPRS Barokah Dana Sejahtera (BDS) Yogyakarta.
