  • The purpose of this research is to analyze the factors which influence employees performance of BPRS Mitra Harmoni Yogyakarta. Dependent variable of this research is employee performance. While independent variables of this research are leadership, organizational culture, work environment, and compensation. This research used 40 employees as the population. The sampling method used saturated sampling, so that all the population used as a sample. Data collection through spreading questionnaire and interviews. The analysis tool used multiple linear regresison techniques. The results of the analysis was that organizational culture, work environment, and compensation have an positive effect on employee performance. While leadership doesn't have an effect on employee performance.
