  • This study aims to determine the influence of leadership and employee culture on the variables that exist in BNI Syariah KC Surakarta. This study uses a descriptive quantitative approach. The population in this study were all employees of BNI Syariah KC Surakarta by sampling using saturated sample methods. Data writing techniques using questionnaires with a total sample of 53 respondents. Test the validity of the instrument using the Pearson Correlation formula. Instrument reliability uses the Alpha Cronbach formula. Prerequisite test analysis which is normality, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity. Data analysis uses path analysis techniques. The results of the research (Test F) show that the variables of leadership style and corporate culture simultaneously influence job satisfaction and employee performance. Partial test results (t test) on employee performance show only job satisfaction, while other independent variables have no effect. The partial test results (t test) on job satisfaction showed positive and significant leadership and cultural variables. Path analysis (path analysis) shows influential and intervening variables.
