  • This Study Aimed to determine the contribution between religiosity and organizational citizenship behavior on the administrative staff of madrasah aliyah in yogyakarta. The result showed that there is a very significant positive correlation between religiosity and organizational citizenship behavior on the administrative staff of madrasah aliyah in yogyakarta shown with significant p = 0,000, the hypothesis mayor is accepted. Based on the result of statistical calculations show that the effective contribution of religiosity on Organizational Citizenship Behavior of 37,7% indicated by R square = 0,377. The results prove that the dimension of religiosity that General Religiosity, Involved God, Forgiveness, God As Judge, Unvengefulness, and Thankfulness does not significantly correlation the Organizational Citizenship Behavior, the correlation of the independent variables that significant on Organizational Citizenship Behavior is the dimension Social Religiosity with p = 0,001 and the effective contribution is 16,6% .
