- The purpose of this research was to examine the correlation between social support of Islamic boarding school caretaker and adjustment of santri. The hypothesis of this research is there were positive correlation between social support of Islamic boarding school and adjustment of santri. The subject in this research are 45 (forty-five) santri. Data analysis was performed with statistical technique Product Moment from Pearson, with the help of SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science) software. From the analysis data, the result has the values of r = 0,838 and p=0,000 (p0,05). That mean the hypothesis in this research are acceptance. There are very significant between Social Support of Islamic Boarding School Caretaker and Adjustment of Santri in Al-Ishlah Boarding School Mangkang Semarang City. The contribution variable of Social Support of Islamic Boarding School Caretaker toward Adjustment of Santri in this research was showed by the coefficient of determinant (r2) value of 0,702. Social support of Islamic Boarding School Caretaker contributed effectively 70,2% toward Adjustment of Santri, while the rest of 29,8% are contributed by other factors.
