  • The research was aimed to determine the effect of conflict management, social networking, incentives, job stress, organizational culture, and religiosity to employee performance of Bank Syariah Mandiri Branch Kaliurang. The research was conducted by employee of Bank Syariah Mandiri Branch Kaliurang as population. Selecting sample using nonprobability sampling with saturation sampling method. Therefore, the sample of this research is all of employee Bank Syariah Mandiri Branch Kaliurang that is 32 employees. A data which is used in this research is primary data that takes from survey using questionnaire and interview media. The data analysis method is validity test, reliability test, classical assumptions, and multiple regression analysis with SPSS 19.0.
