- Inventory of assets in an organization is an important thing to do. Inventory of assets includes data collection, recording, reporting, and documentation of assets. Through asset inventory can be done controlling and securing asset. The amount of assets that are numerous and scattered in various places requires good management. To overcome this, Muhammadiyah Special Region of Yogyakarta requires an information system capable of managing the assets. Development of information system in this research using Scrum method. Scrum is chosen because it provides a framework for solving complex problems adaptively. The system development process is done in three sprints. Transparency, inspection, and adaptation are key to the success of Scrum.
