- The purposes on this study was to identify relationship between cash holdings and capital expenditure, board size and bank involvement, as well as the behavior cash holdings on big firms and small firms in the property and real estate industry. This study uses secondary data with data derived from sources IDX and listed company on the Indices of Sharia Stock Indonesia during 4 years study period in the 2012 - 2015. Sampling used purposive sampling method with the provisions of the company’s financial reports published during the study period. This study uses models with the data analysis using panel data and using application eviews 8. The result showed that the sample of property and real estate firms found positive relationship between cash holdings and bank involvement, but no relationship between capital expenditure, board size with cash holdings.
