  • This research is aims to 1) Describe 2013’s curriculum implementation In Physics learning at Bantul Regency, 2) Describe the constraint of 2013’s curriculum implementation, 3) formulate solution for the constraint of 2013’s curriculum. This research is qualitative research with descriptive approach. In this research population is all of senior high school in Bantul regency. Sampling taken by refers to purposive sampling technique. There were 6 senior high school selected which instructed was be pilot project consist of SMAN 1 Bantul, SMAN 2 Bantul, SMAN 1 Jetis, SMAN 1 Sewon, SMAN 1 Kasihan, and SMAN 1 Sedayu. The data collected using interviews, participate observation, documentation, and questionnaire. The respondent consist of physics teacher, students of ten grade, and vice headmaster of curriculum. Validation earn by triangulation of data’s sources and data collection technique. The data were analyzed by quantitative analyziz using a Guttman scale and qualitative analyziz using Miles and Huberman model. The results of the research shows that 1) 2013’s curriculum implementation in physcis studies earn score is 16,9 with percentage 84,5 % which shows implementation level is “appropiate”. In qualitatively 2013’s curriculum implementation in physics learning shows that all of physics teachers had been followed 2013’s curriculum sosialiszation; learning preparation by prepare RPP, LKS, and practical kit; learning implementation all teachers have been implementate scientific approach and student center learning approach; authentic assesment hasnot maximum yet. 2) the constraint of 2013’S curriculum implementation consist of sosialiszation constraint, learning source’s constraint, facilities constraint, learning preparation constraint, learning implementation constraint, and learning assesment constraint. 3) solution of sosialiszation constraint, solution of learning source’s constraint, solution of facilities constraint, solution of learning preparation constraint, solution of learning implementation constraint, and solution of learning assesment constraint.
