- Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh ukuran perusahaan, pertumbuhan perusahaan, dan profitabilitas terhadap nilai perusahaan (studi kasus pada perusahaan real estate and property yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada tahun 2015-2018). Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan menggunakan aplikasi SPSS 19.0. Hasil dari penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh positif tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Pertumbuhan perusahaan berpengaruh positif tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Profitabilitas yang diukur melalui Return On Equity berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. ABSTRACT: This study aims to determine the effect of company’s size, company’s growth, and profitability on the company’s value (studies on real estate and property companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange in 2015-2018). The method used in this research is quantitative method using the SPSS 19.0 application. The results of this study that company’s size has a positive but not significant effect on the company’s value. Company’s growth has a positive but not significant effect on the company’s value. Profitability as measured by Return On Equity has a positive and significant effect on the company’s value.
