  • Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh kinerja guru Non PNS di MI kecamatan Kangkung kabupaten Kendal yang dihadapkan dengan berbagai permasalahan, permasalahan yang ada secara konkrit dapat diamati pada faktor Kompetensi guru, motivasi kerja, kompensasi dan kepemimpinan kepala madrasah. Studi ini dimaksudkan untuk menjawab permasalahan: 1) Seberapa besar pengaruh manajemen kepala madrasah terhadap Kinerja guru non PNS di MI se Kecamatan Kangkung Kendal?. 2) Seberapa besar pengaruh kompensasi guru terhadap kinerja guru non PNS di MI se Kecamatan Kangkung Kendal?. 3) Seberapa besar manajemen kepala madrasah dan kompensasi guru mempengaruhi kinerja guru non-PNS di MI se Kecamatan kangkung Kendal? Penelitian ini adalah penelitian lapangan yang bersifat regresional dan kuantitatif dengan tempat penelitian di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah se Kecamatan Kangkung Kendal, dengan populasi seluruh guru non PNS di MI se kecamatan Kangkung Kabupaten Kendal, yang berjumlah 62 guru. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan angket atau kuesioner dan dokumentasi, setelah data terkumpul kemudian di analisis menggunakan teknik analisis regresi berganda. Dari hasil temuan penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa Terdapat pengaruh manajemen kepala madrasah dan kompensasi guru mempengaruhi kinerja guru non-PNS di MI se Kecamatan kangkung Kendal. Hal ini ditunjukkan thitung = 7.434 > ttabel (0,05=62) = 2,000 dan ttabel (0,01=62) = 2,660 sehingga signifikan karena thitung > ttabel, Begitu juga pada nilai regresi diperoleh hasil perhitungan sebesar Freg = 27.170 > Ft0,05 = 3.15 dan Freg = 27.170> Ft0,01 = 4.98, sehingga diperoleh Freg > Ftabel dan berarti signifikan. Sehingga hipotesis yang menyatakan ada pengaruh manajemen kepala madrasah dan kompensasi guru mempengaruhi kinerja guru non-PNS di MI se Kecamatan kangkung Kendal diterima. ABSTRACT: This research was motivated by the performance of Non PNS teachers in elementary school Kangkung District at Kendal who were faced with various problems, concrete problems can be observed in the factors of teacher competency, work motivation, compensation and leadership of the headmaster. This study is intended to answer the problems: 1) How much influence does the headmaster's management have on the performance of non PNS teachers in elementary school Kangkung Districtat Kendal ?. 2) How big is the influence of teacher compensation on the performance of non PNS teachers in elementary school Kangkung District at Kendal?. 3) How much does the headmaster's management and teacher compensation affect the performance of non-PNS teachers in elementary school Kangkung District at Kendal? This research is a regressive and quantitative field research with research sites in elementary school Kangkung District at Kendal, with a population of all non-PNS teachers in elementary school Kangkung sub-district, Kendal Regency, which amounts to 62 teachers. The data collection by using questionnaires or questionnaires and documentation, after the data collected then analyzed using multiple regression analysis techniques. The results of the research findings can be summarized as follows There is the influence of the headmaster's management and teacher compensation affecting the performance of non-PNS teachers in elementary school Kangkung District at Kendal. This is shown tcount = 7.434> t table (0.05 = 62) = 2,000 and t table (0.01 = 62) = 2.660 so that it is significant because tcount> ttable, Likewise the regression value is calculated by Freg = 27,170> Ft0, 05 = 3.15 and Freg = 27,170> Ft. 0,01 = 4.98, so that Freg> Ftable is obtained and means significant. So that the hypothesis that there is an influence of madrasah head management and teacher compensation affects the performance of non-PNS teachers in elementary school Kangkung District at Kendalwas accepted.
