  • Good Corporate Governance and Risk of Financing carried out by each company with the aims to keep the company have proper management and discipline. Moreover, it prevents mistakes that can harm the company itself. Therefore this study aims to determine the effect of the implementation of Good Corporate Governance and Risk of Financing on the financial performance of Islamic Commercial Banks in Indonesia in 2013-2018. This type of research is quantitative research using secondary data and in data collection using purposive sampling method. The sample data used is 11 Islamic Commercial Banks taken from the annual financial report and the published report on the implementation of Good Corporate Governance on the website of each bank. Based on the results of the t-test analysis shows that Good Corporate Governance does not have a significant effect on financial performance with a value of t count 0.737 and a significance value of 0.464. While for the Financing Risk negative effect on financial performance with a value of t count of -4,176 and a significance value of 0,000. For the Coefficient of Determination (R2) on Adjusted R2 has 0, 214. The result means that the independent variable of 21.4% can be explained as the financial performance of Sharia Commercial Banks. Moreover, the rest influenced by other variables that are not included in this study.
