Didalam produksi perencanaan dan pengendalian sangat penting untuk menentukan efisiensi dan efektifitas kerja. Arsanata Collection telah berkembang seiring berkembangnya zaman. Perusahaan ini setiap tahunnya mengalami peningkatan permintaan jumlah produk. Namun konveksi ini memiliki kendala dalam proses perhitungan harga pokok pesanan karena perkembangan yang dialami oleh konveksi Arsanata Collection tidak sejalan dengan kebutuhan teknologi yang seharusnya digunakan pada konveksi tersebut. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari perhitungan harga pokok pesanan yang belum menggunakan kartu harga pokok pesanan. Perhitungan, pencatatan pembelian dan penjualan masih dicatat di buku dan penyimpanan data dengan menggunakan microsoft excel. Sehingga dapat menyebabkan kesalahan perhitungan estimasi harga jual, ketidakteraturan dalam pencatatan pembelian serta penjualan perbulan, dan perhitungan harga pokok pesanan. Untuk mendukung kegiatan pencatatan tersebut maka dibangunlah sistem berbasis web untuk pengolahan data dalam perhitungan harga pokok pesanan yang disesuaikan dengan pemesanan pelanggan, menghasilkan laporan pembelian, laporan penjualan dan laporan harga pokok pesanan dengan cepat dan akurat dibandingkan dengan proses menggunakan Microsoft Excel. Kata Kunci: Aplikasi berbasis web, Metode perhitungan harga pokok pesanan ABSTRACT Arsanata collection is a clothing business that produces variety of products such as tegi (karate attire), karate belt as well as made-to-order extended products. Under product planning and controlling, It is important to ensure the work efficiency and effectiveness. Arsanata collection has developed with the current times. Product demand of the company has increased annually. However, this clothing business faces difficulty in the process of the calculation of order cost since Arsanata&#x2019;s development is not in sync with the technology needed to be applied in such business field. The fact can be seen from its order cost calculation that has not applied cost order card. The purchases and sales records are still written manually on a ledger while the calculation is assisted by using Microsoft Excel. Such methods might cause estimated selling price miscalculation, unorganized purchases and sales monthly records, and inappropriate order cost calculation. To support said activity, I build web-based system for order cost data processing that will be made according to customer order. As the result, the system can create a faster and more accurate purchases, sales, and order cost reports rather than manual system.
