- This final project is about damaged schools data collections information system in padang pariaman district. the department of education padang pariaman district has a problem to collects data about damaged schools because of the earthquake and that schools locatedat the desolate places. the manual data collections processes has many barriers. it takes long timeto process data collections about the schools where located far and desolate places which is needs fund for renovation damaged building so that can continue learning processes. and also it can be occurrence fund irrelevancy. Because of that problems it is made an application data collections information system for helpdepartment of education to collects data about damaged schools. it use PHP program language and MySQL for the database.steps to build this application are requirements definition, system and software design, implementation and unit testing, integration and system testing, operation and maintenance.this application expected can help department of education to do data collections.
