- Research on "Judicial Review Against Legal Certainty Supervisory Commission Decision of Unfair Competition ("KPPU") And the power of the Commission's Decision In the Execution of Law Number 5 Year 1999 concerning Prohibition of Monopolistic Practices and Unfair Business Competition" aims to find and analyze in juridical regarding legal certainty of the Commission decisions and the power of execution of the Commission. This research is a normative legal research using descriptive analytical method. Secondary data obtained through library research, done by finding and collecting and researching library materials which are secondary data relating to research the title and subject matter. The results showed that Commission's decision did not reflect the legal certainty due to the vagueness of the functions and powers of an Independent Commission authority to examine, hear and decide an unfair competition case, where the only institution that has the right and authority to examine, hear and decide a case either civil case and criminal in Indonesia is an absolute authority of the judiciary. Execution of the Commission's Decision contain less than the power of execution because no exact rules governing the execution of the decision of the Commission who have permanent legal force and the rules regarding the Commission's procedural law, as well as on the Commission's own regulations, the Commission also is not a judiciary which impacted on the difficulty of execution against the decision of the Commission which has binding
