- The study was conducted to analyze the responsibility YKCI (foundation creation Indonesia) designated as the technical implementation in the field to conduct polling Rights Performing Rights Royalties Announces Music Video commercial or business in the field of hotel and restaurant in Yogyakarta Special Region. YKCI own subject and adhered to the Law Number 19 Year 2002 concerning copyright or shortened by UUHC of 2002. The research was conducted by collecting and studying secondary data contained in the legislation, books, scientific papers, magazines, documents and related dictionary object under study, all of which are sources of law, which are grouped into three materials the law. Based on the results of research and discussion, a conclusion can be drawn from the following problems: 1. Setting and implementation of performing rights royalties to music or songs performed by charging a royalty YKCI performing rights to music or songs by a power of attorney from the creators of music or songs that are members of YKCI, royalty collection is done by Blanket License, a standard procedure performing rights royalties collection of music or song , YKCI outreach to the user, provide a standard for user YKCI, YKCI give the user a license application form, and YKCI will provide a letter of response concerning the amount of license fee prescribed by YKCI based on the use of music or song parameter type of business. Management of performing rights royalties by YKCI music or songs, from the performing rights royalties license fees to music or songs, 70% is channeled to the creators of music or songs, and 30% for administrative costs and management for YKCI, management is audited every year. 2. Constraints in the collection of performing rights royalties and its remedies: a. The low awareness of users to pay royalties
