- This study aims to determine the truth of people's perception of the existence of the PT. Hutahaean at Rokan Hulu District in the review of the perception of social, economic, labor and impact on the surrounding environment.How to obtain the data in this study is to use questionnaires and interviews. Populationis the community, employees and government officials Batang Kumu village of North TambusaiDistrict. Determination of the sample using purposive sampling. The sample inthis study were employees of as many as 28 people, merchants 22 people, officials 9people and civilianz 22 people. Analysis tool used is factor analysis. The results of this study is the social, economic, labor and the environment has apositive and negative impacts of perceived local community. Social impacts arising from the existence of crime caused by immigrants who are not controlled. The presence of PT. Hutahaean economic impact on society is getting better than before, marked by numerous business opportunities, services, trade and other, thereby improving standards of living in a corporate environment in a better perception. The presence ofPT. Hutahaean can reduce unemployment even though local residents have not beenable to enjoy these opportunities to the fullest. Public perception of environmental impacts that occur in the PT. Hutahaean still in the grade is pretty good.
