  • One important task of management in determining long-term success of the organization is motivating its members, namely increasing the energy forces both from within and from outside members who determine the direction and behavior of the implementation of work. The various activities of the organization are influenced by managerial perceptions of members about the mental processes and behaviors that enable the setting, the interpretation and understanding of sensory impressions of the members organization's environment. Perceptions of transformational leadership is the perception of a leader who can inspire and motivate followers to achieve greater goals. Perceptions of strategic management is about perceptions to manage the organization as a single and integrated patterns of thinking and acts to carry out its roles functions optimally. Perceptions of the compensation system is the perception of the existence of well-being of the same guarantee with members serving in other places either in the form of salary, allowance, insurance, pension, health and other benefits. PRIMKOPAL as non-structural organization with the gravity of growth and performance improvement organizations, businesses must move conceptually integrated in one unit and can constructively realize the welfare of members. PRIMKOPAL management certainly requires positive and constructive perceptions of transformational leadership, strategic management and compensation systems This research was conducted with the aim of analyzing the influence of perceptions transformational leadership, strategic management and compensation systems in conjunction with the PRIMKOPAL management motivation to work. The study was designed by using questionnaires with population PRIMKOPAL management conducted in the same place and time on May 25, 2010. The results obtained by regression analysis correlation coefficient R = 0.935. The value of this study a high correlation indicates the extent of correlation of independent variables and the dependent variable. The coefficient of determination R Â2 = 0.875 means that the perception of transformational leadership, strategic management and compensation systems contribute 87.5% towards the influence of motivation to work. The results of regression analysis showed F = 128.192 with a significance of = 0.000 indicates a linearly independent variables associated with the dependent variable and prove that the hypothesis of a positive relationship between perceptions of transformational leadership, strategic management and compensation systems with the working motivation PRIMKOPAL management is acceptable. The value of regression coefficient perception of transformational leadership = 0.449, perception of strategic management = 0.156 and perception of the compensation system = 0.462 means that the perception of transformational leadership, strategic management and compensation system have real impact on work motivation.
