- This research uses a case study method in Wealth Management that uses clients as the research objects The objective of this study to evaluate the client�s risk tolerance level, to analyze and evaluate the client's current wealth and provide recommendations concerning the client's asset management that is managing the land and paddy field asset so that they would become productive. to formulate alternatives problem solutions concerning the client's retirement plan, to evaluate the manner of inheritance for his wife and children. This study used a questionnaire to determine the type of client risk tolerance, then the researcher provides recommendations related to asset management, retirement planning and inheritance to his wife and children. The author designed the two scenarios by using the instruments of mutual funds and determine the appropriate scenario for a client. The results of first scenarios can increase the clients net worth up to Rp32.079.782.386 and second scenario can increase client wealth by Rp Rp32.203.469.886. The conclusion: client has a moderate risk tolerance characteristics. The researcher gives recommendations on the client's wealth management for non productive asset such as land and paddy field into productive assets based on the client's asset return and risk. The investment scenario proposed to the client may provide higher return rather than the client's previous investments. The researcher gives recommendation in the form of retirement fund planning to maintain his current lifestyle in the future and recommendation of inheritance distribution is made in accordance to the western law system.
