- This study describes the details on Human Capital Readiness at BBL Business Unit of X Bank in facing the recent strategy change. It starts by identifying the strategic objective of the company linked with the specific job family as the biggest contributors to the Bank Strategy, building the competency model to measure the readiness by of the current competency. The method analysis of the study is a qualitative case study using in-depth interview as the analysis technique. The result of the study shows that the human capital readiness at BBL business unit is not achieved due to so many Relationship Managers has not been completed with internal and industrial certification as per business and government requirements. To achieve the human capital readiness at BBL unit in supporting the business strategy change, a competency development is needed by: assigning a project manager to coordinate the certification process
