- Trends in telecommunications world has been growing rapidly today, nowadays telecommunications users who traditionaly use cable media access have switched to the wireless media access (cellular). Technological development of mobile communications devices also trigger new developments in the mobile communications device which is data communications era. PT ABC captures this phenomenon and tries to increase its business portfolio by entering into the world of Broadband Wireless Access (BWA). In line with the core business of PT ABC which providing internet services and pay-tv. To provide these services PT ABC needs to build a network infrastructure that can provide broadband wireless internet service. PT ABC choice fell on WiMAX technology (Worldwide Interoperability for Microwave Access). But before PT ABC starts the project development of WiMAX network infrastructure, PT ABC needs to do a financial feasibility analysis considering the amount of costs that would be required. Feasibility analysis indicates that this project is a viable project to run. However, risk analysis also shows that this project has enormous risks. PT ABC advised strictly supervise the project to avoid fluctuations with risk management .
