- The objective of this research is to analyze the suitable competitive strategy for PT Provices Indonesia on Property Management Business, for the purpose of increasing their market share and company income. The analysis was based on primary data obtained by interviewing employees and observing the performance of the company. Aside from that, the analysis was based on secondary data of related literature studiesobtained from web sites, news papers, and independent research organizations. The analysis showed that the competitive strategy of PT Provices Indonesia is Low-Cost Provider Strategy, emphasizing on efficiency and effectiveness of operational activities to achieve lower management fee compared to rivals. This strategy which had been conducted for the last three years was proven to be successful
