- Development of Education in Pangkep District is an integral part of the development of a national development priority in order to establish a local selfreliance and ability. As stated in the Minister of Home Affairs No. 13 of 2006 on Regional Financial Management Guidelines , that education is concerning local government and the first order. In Act No. 19 of 2005, it stipulated that education process should be conducted by National Education Standards (SNP). It contains many Complexity and many factors in determining the best schools, since the assessment and calculation is not easy. Moreover to do it manually would take quite a bit. In this study will be constructed into a group decision support system using a web-based Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Solution (TOPSIS) and Borda. TOPSIS method determines the weight value for each attribute, followed by a ranking process that will select the best alternative from a number of alternatives exist and is a reference of each decision maker. BORDA method is used to merge assessment of the decision maker. This system can produce the best school rankings, so it can help the decision maker to get the best decision.
