- Using the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA), this research examines the perception of respondents in Jogja Hospital and Panti Rapih Hospital of hospital maintenance attributes. Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) is used to measure in a simple and effective location of the success factors of the hospital building maintenance whether maintenance success factors that must be maintained, or should have low priority in doing repairs. To provide a good health care to the public, a hospital must be aware of its deficiencies in the maintenance of hospital buildings compared to its competitors. Therefore, in this study a comparison of maintenance performed by Jogja Hospital and Panti Rapih Hospital. The research results showed that based on the comparison of the average perception, respondents considered the maintenance Panti Rapih performed better than the maintenance of Jogja Hospital do.
