- Studies on factors influencing the performance of SKPD have ever been conducted by many researchers, but those on factors influencing the performance of SKPD in local financial management is relatively small with various and inconsistent results. The objective of this study is to empirically verify whether or not there is the effect of human resource quality, communication, supporting facilities, organizational commitment, and inspection and budgeting on the performance of SKPD in local financial management in the Local Government of Sorong Selatan Regency. Population of the study was all the SKPDs in the Local Government of Sorong Selatan Regency. The unit of analysis was at organizational level, i.e. Head of SKPD, Officials of Echelon III and Eschelon IV. Data collection was done by questionnaires directly distributed by the researcher. Before the testing of multiple linear regression model was done, validity and reliability tests as well as data quality test and classic assumption test were done. Result of the study indicates that human resource quality, communication, supporting facilities, organizational commitment, and inspection and budgeting simultaneously affect the performance of SKPD significantly. Partially supporting facilities did not significantly affect the performance of SKPD
