- Bank is one of many agencies which needs Notary service. To have a partnership, mostly a Notary and a Bank make a written agreement. This research is conducted to find the legalities of the Notary and Bank Cooperation Agreement under ACT No.30 of 2004 and Notary ethical code, and to know the form of sanctions based on UUJN and Notary ethical code who entering into form of Cooperation Aggrement with the Bank in writing. This study is a juridical-empirical research means research that is more focused research with a view to implementation in the field to obtain the primary data in addition to the use of library research to obtain secondary data. Called empirical research because the research focused on people's behavior and the law requires primary data as primary data in addition to secondary data as additional data. The data generated from interviews or described by a list of questions and the literature study conducted a qualitative analysis. Manner in this research using descriptive method of making a picture of a problem. As for the conclusion reached by using the deductive method of thinking. Based on the results showed that there has been a violation of the Notary Law Notary Code of Ethics and with the establishment of a cooperation agreement between the Bank BTN and Notary IS Surakarta Branch Office in both the content of the agreement and based on its impact on the performance of the partnership agreement as a notary public officer. And the need for sanctions against the run notary IS cooperation practices with BTN bank Surakarta Branch, which is preceded by making a written agreement. Sanctions imposed by UUJN be imposed administrative sanctions by the Board of Trustees, and to sanction violations of the Code of Ethics of notary in the form of a code of conduct or disciplinary sanctions imposed by the Honor Council.
