  • Information system of Kios 3in1.net is one form of e-gov services from Ministry of Manpower and Transmigration of the Republic of Indonesia field of employment. Kios 3in1 as internet web based media who integrates information training, certification and job placement are expected to increase labor force who are competent, skilled and trained so as to reduce the number of unemployed in Indonesia. Based on data in 2011, Ministry of Manpower and Transmigration of the Republic of Indonesia will print 82 thousand of skilled and competent graduates from Vocational Training Center throughout Indonesia. The members of kios 3in1 on October 2011 are 11 420 people, and on October 2011 members of the kios 3in1 in Vocational Training Center of Semarang are 2503 people . Implementation of kios 3in1 in Industrial Vocational Training Center of Semarang causes user attitudes and behavior in accepting and using information systems of kios 3in1 . At this research will be aimed at obtaining empirical evidence regarding the acceptance of information systems with models of Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and the perception of the level of user satisfaction with the model User Satisfaction on the information kios system 3in1 in Industrial Vocational Training Center of Semarang. The research data was tested by the method of Structural Equation Model (SEM) with the help of Smart PLS software. Latent variables used in the study are: Information Quality (INFQ), System Quality (SYSQ), System Satisfaction (SYSS), Information Satisfaction (INFS), Usefulness (USEF), Ease of Use (EASE), Intention (INTN) , and Attitude (ATT). This study is expected to be used as input for the evaluation for leader and the increasing level of acceptance and user satisfaction 3in1 kios information systems are up to date, efficient and effective.
