  • PTTSPM, a publishing and printing company that has operated for more than50 years,have used the ntegrated transactional information system both at head quarters and branch offices of marketing.Existing information systemsdo not meetthe needs ofthe executives.PTTSPMneed to developan EISMarketingtoassistthe executivesinoperate their business, so they can identifyopportunitiesandproblems, in increaselycompetitivebusinesssituationafter theenactment ofPermendiknasNo.2 of 2008. Question to be answered is how to design and develop EIS in accordance with executive at PT TSPM.The problemis limited only to the EIS that supports the interests of executives in the Department of Marketing.This Marketing EIS use dashboard interface and built over the data warehouse. Human Centered Methods SDLC (HCSDLC) is used to guide the overall software development. The development of dashboards and data warehouse specifically using requirement driven approach implementation of the EIS has been done using SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS), SQL Server Integration Services(SSIS), and Share Point Server 2010. The results ofthis study indicatethat the use ofUCSDLCmethodsand user requirements approach are very suitable. Marketing EIS built on Share Point Server 2010 platform with Windows 7X-64 operating system can run well on computers with minimum memory capacity of 16 GB. Beside that, researcher recommends that PT TSPM should develop EIS that have good design and implementation in other department and other companies in the TSGroups.
