  • Justice perception is a significant factor in human source process, such as selection, compensation, and performance appraisal. One of justice aspects that is considered to influence justice perception is interactional justice because it has as important contribution as distributive justice and procedural justice in outcome process, but most of the researches in this area more to talk about two main points of distributive justice and procedural justice. This research is to investigate the influence of working performance appraisal toward employeesâ�� interactional justice perception. Design experiment that used in this research is the untreated control group design with dependent pretest and posttest. The subjects of the research are 17 employees that are separated in experiment group (n=8) and control group (n=9). Experiment group is the group which becomes an acceptor as application of performance appraisal interview, and control group does not get the treatment. The analysis is done by using quantitative method, which is non-parametric statistic with Mann-Whitney U technique. Analysis result shows that performance appraisal interview can elevate perception of employeesâ�� interactional justice significantly (Z = -2,988
