  • Background. Often appear in adolescence risk behavior. Risk behaviors such as addiction to alcohol increases the risk adolescents begin sexual intercourse early and unprotected. Moderate abuse illegal drugs like marijuana and cocaine increase the likelihood of teens having sex at an early age. During adolescence also appear risky behaviors such as smoking, drinking alcoholic beverages and the use of illegal drugs that would affect the sexual behavior of adolescents. Further analysis is whether health risk behaviors among adolescent smoking, drinking alcoholic beverages and illicit drugs related to the tendency of teenagers having sexual intercourse before marriage. Research Methods. This study uses data Demographic and Health Survey 2007. Samples used in this study were adolescents aged 15-24 years have not been married a number of 379 people in the province of Yogyakarta consists of 171 adolescent girls and 208 adolescent boys. Data were analyzed using SPSS 15 as follows: univariate analysis, the variables are arranged in a descriptive, bivariate analysis, which looked at the relationship of independent variables with dependent variables using chi square test statistics, multivariate analysis using logistic regression statistical tests. The research results. In adolescent boys there was a significant association between smoking behavior, never drank alcohol, age of first alcoholic drink, never try drugs and the extent of the reasons adolescent boys having sex with the trend of premarital sex. In adolescent girls found a significant association between the extent of the reasons adolescent girls having sex with the trend of premarital sex. Conclusion. Health risk behaviors tend to be mostly done by adolescent boys. Under 14 years of age is the most dominant age adolescent boys start smoking. While the age of 15 years to 19 years was the dominant age adolescent boys start smoking regularly. Health risk behaviors in adolescent boys to 5.82 times the odds tend to be higher premarital sex. Adolescent boys and girls who have many reasons for having sexual intercourse contribute to higher and adolescent boys who have many reasons to have sex 105.1 times the chance and opportunity to adolescent girls tend to be 30.6 times higher premarital sexual intercourse
