- The research aims to obtain information on financial and environmental feasibility of fattening system of Limousin Cross beef cattle in Kelurahan Segoroyoso, Kecamatan Pleret, Kabupaten Bantul. The methods used were interview using questionnaire as a guidance and case study using document analysis by collecting data from 62 respondents in the research area. The result showed that Net Present Value (NPV) was about Rp19,903,337.00-Rp1,982,560,448.00 (in the 10 persent of discount rate). The Benefit Cost Ratio (BCR) was about 1.02857-1.16912 (in the 10 persent of discount rate). The Modified Internal Rate of Return (MIRR) that payable in the fattening system of Limousin Cross cattle was about 12.31-12.36 persent. The fattening of Limousin Cross beef cattle was reliable to invest and sustainable in the financial view because its Net Present Value (NPV) in the 10 persent of discount rate was positive, its Benefit Cost Ratio (BCR) was higher than 1, the payable maximum interest rate was above the bank interest rate. The result estimation that the fattening of Limousin Cross beef cattle was reliable to invest and sustainable in the environmental view because Benefit Cost Ratio (BCR) was higher than 1 about 1.000106956-1.11737246. The research was concluded that the bussines Limousin Cross beef catle fattening are financially viable and sustainable from the environmental side at the time of the study.
