- At the end of 2010, on Sunday, December 12th at Martapura, South Kalimantan has been a historic event, especially for the people of Banjar. Sultanate of Banjar stand. Banjar sultanate had been restored after sinking nearly 150 years ago. This revival of the Sultanate of Banjar symbolize through the coronation of HG Khairul Saleh as Viceroy of Banjar. HG Khairul Saleh, who also serves as a regent Banjar district (Martapura) is also expected to go after "kingdom" of South Kalimantan on the "coronation" in South Kalimantan 2015 elections to come. This topic is the subject of reports in the media-both electronic mass media (including internet) and print, local and foreign national to participate and disseminate the news of this historic event. It becomes interesting as a topic of research in the field of communications. Among the media evangelists, it is the local print media newspaper Banjarmasin Post and Media Kalimantan. Both the local print media are both preaching the coronation events HG Khairul Saleh as Viceroy of Banjar, but there are differences in perspective preaching, which may be due to several factors oleb in this study will also try to be disclosed, in addition to the main task of this research to find out news frames used by the print media in reporting on this and then comparing. This study shows how a newspaper like Banjarmasin Post and Media Kalimantan in framing the coronation celebration event HG Khairul Saleh as Viceroy of Banjar on preaching preaching. Preaching to the news in the newspaper there published in the period between the date of issue of 6 to 15 December 2010. This study was qualitative in nature that is in the scope of the paradigm of constructivism. This research applies the theory and also at the same time frame using frame analysis method (framing) which was introduced by William A. Gamson and Andre Modigliani. This frame theory says that the news about an event that served in a particular frame as the packaging (package), ie, with emphasis on certain aspects while pressing the other aspects of the packaging according to news meaned that carried it. Selection, projection, suppression, and engagement is a strategy used in framing. Data analysis using frame analysis Gamson and Modigliani said that the frame is the central idea generated by two sets of analysis, namely the framer (framing devices) whose job it is to detect text message, and the reasoning (reasoning devices) whose job it is to make sense of the detection device framer. Framer device consists of detector elements: pengkiasan, striking phrases, labeling, other references, and visual appearance. The device consists of logic elements of reasoning: reason / proof of justification, calls principles / ideas, and consequences.
