- Punctuality is one important factor in the implementation of a project manufacturing industries. This is due to inaccuracies in the completion time of a project will cause a delay in the production process which led to losses for the company's manufacturing industry. Manufacturing companies trying to minimize the downtime of their production process, because in the event of downtime is a cost to them because of the production process can not produce their products. This paper is a case study on company that undertaken projects in the manufacturing industry, especially manufacturing industrial automation systems. This case study was conducted at PT Karunia Prima Engineering as a company that carry out projects manufacturing industrial automation systems. In this paper taken three projects implemented by PT Karunia Prima Engineering will be analyzed for project management and the various problems that cause delays in the completion of the project.
