  • Like the other business of the purpose of establishing a pharmacy is to increase sales, profits, and growing to try to raise its performance. Profit depends on the size of pharmacy sales, and sales amount depends on factors external and internal. At this orientation has shifted the paradigm of pharmaceutical care services not only drug (drug oriented) but also into patient care (patient oriented) with a fixed reference to Pharmaceutical Care. Pharmacies K-24 road which is a pharmacy franchise Parangtritis of PT K-24, trying to continue to develop appropriate strategies to compete in the industrial part of this pharmacy. With the analysis of external and internal factors, as well as analysis of the industrial environment can be known position and the company's ability to compete and the ability to exploit opportunities and minimize threats that will emerge. Furthermore, by using Porter's generic strategies and Grand Strategy matrix obtained some kind of alternative strategies.
