  • This study aims to determine the position of Trade Finance products BNI associated with assessment of the effectiveness of competitive strategies in the international trade in services along with an analysis of strengths and weaknesses, and threats and opportunities that are owned, as well as Key Success Factor analysis in the International Division of PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero), Tbk. The data used in this study is the company's performance data collected up to early December 2011, along with additional data from www.bni.co.id and bniforum.bni.co.id. The obtained data is analyzed through Porter's Five Forces analysis, SWOT and Key Success Factors. Result of this study is that the ability to compete of Trade Finance products by the International Division of Bank BNI is significant enough to maintain its position in the middle of the competition among banks is very tight at this time. In addition, some strategies that can be implemented to take advantage of the strengths and opportunities, as well as thwarting weaknesses and threats are also found, as well as several critical success factors of BNI.
