  • Objectives to be achieved in this study was to decide strategic objectives with the application of balanced scorecard concept and develop strategic map BSCfor PT. IFCA Consulting Indonesia that can be used as the next periodically performance measurement that includes the four perspectives of the four perspectives, namely learning and growth, internal, customer and financial. Methods of research conducted in this research is descriptive and exploratory research. The research was carried out directly on the object of research, namely PT IFCA Consulting Indonesia, then with the data obtained were analyzed to evaluate the activities and strategies of today's business includes corporate objectives so as to formulate a strategic map that is directional and can be achieved with the balanced scorecard perspectives. Competition is extremely tight in the information technology industry and the limited existing market share, making sales growth was not optimal and the high cost of human resources arising in corporate profits resulting PT. IFCA Consulting Indonesia is declining. This occurs because of no strategic objectives will be achieved and performance measured precisely because so far the only company doing running the company's strategy without a mature plan to be achieved, because the company performance currently rely only on financial performance. In this era of globalization and increasingly competitive competition in the industry application software, PT. IFCA Consulting Indonesia as a business organization should be able to compete information technology businesses face the competition and maintain market share, retain customers, requires innovation, so companies need to develop a strategic map through determine the strategic objectives to be achieved based on the balanced scorecard for performance measurement performed and determine an action plan for achieving of company vision and mission.
