- The research which was done, aimed to find out : (1) the agricultural extension agency (THL-TBPP) work motivation in East Lombok Regency, (2) the factors that affected agricultural extension agency (THL-TBPP) work motivation. The research was conducted in East Lombok Regency with 88 respondents (census method). The data analyzed namely the analysis of descriptive, proportion test and multiple linear regression. The agricultural extension agency (THL-TBPP) work motivation was measured by three indicator, motivation of existence, motivation of relatedness and motivation of growth. The factors which were predicated as influencing factors to the work motivation were ages, educational level, work experience, extension perception, ability, work training and role of government. Based on data analysis, the most of the THL-TBPP has existence was a high motivation of work. The factors that significantly influenced the work motivation of THL-TBPP in East Lombok mostly work experience and work training, while the other factors non significantly influenced.
